Follow the path of yogic Meditation along the NW Wilderness coastline

Course Description: Olympic National Park is considered one of the wildest places left in the contiguous United States . Throughout this five day trip we will backpack nearly 20 miles of undeveloped wilderness coastline. Starting at Third beach we will navigate through dense forests, sandy or rocky beaches, and use ropes and ladders to traverse headland trails. In spirited among the whales, bald eagles, and deer, we will practice yoga and meditation in the morning and evening and have community gatherings around driftwood campfires.

Weather: The temperature on the coast for September averages in the mid 60’s. Be prepared for intense sun or moderate rain as conditions can be unpredictable in the northwest.

Personal equipment:

Multi-day backpack, Sleeping bag, Sleeping pad. (checklist will be given to group members)

Equipment provided: water filters, stove, cooking supplies, tents.

Included in the price: we will be offering this trip to the Naropa/Dharmasangha community, and our friends or acquaintances, therefore we are only asking money to cover the trips expenses. Fee includes park wilderness fees, all gourmet vegetarian food on the trail, wine for ceremony’s, gas money, and charter trailhead shuttle by All Points charters and tours.

Arrival day: Please plan on arriving in Olympia by Tuesday evening, September 11. Airport pickup from SeaTac international airport will be available by request.
